Refund policy

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solematte.co.nz with your order details.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
