Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days.
- Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping Rates
- Free New Zealand shipping on all orders.
Order Processing
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
- All orders are shipped via tracked courier services.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Missing or Delayed Orders
