At SoleMatte, we’re committed to delivering your insoles as quickly as possible. The following outlines our shipping process for orders:

 

Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.


Shipping Rates

  • Free New Zealand shipping on all orders.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via tracked courier services.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
